I would like to thank Wylie and his staff at Eastern Carolina Truck Service for giving me a good honest and up front report on the lemon I was so close to buying. I don't know anything about cars besides fill the water, radiator and oil and turn the key on. The money I spent was absolutely worth it compared to the thousands I was going to hand over. Q. When do I have to pay for the job?
A. At the completion of the work unless you have made prior arrangements, or have an account.
Q. When do I pay a deposit?
A. We only ask for a deposit if we are doing major work, it helps us keep cost down.
Q. Will the price of the job change once you have finished.
A. No once we give you a price it stays at that price, if there is to be a change you will always be offered a choice first, we do not do additional or work that was not asked for.
Q. Is there a warranty on your repairs?
A. Yes we warranty all our work and the parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Q. What type of repairs does ECTS do?
A. We do all servicing and repairs to all types, makes and models of vehicles, with the exception of trucks over 8 tons. Anything over 8 tons is only done by prior arrangement.
